Is Lucius the Fallen Angel?
Lucius is not a fallen angel from traditional religious beliefs. Instead, his darkness is symbolic, stemming from the dark, heavy chapters of abandonment in his past. His divine gift of a black rose represents beauty rising from the ashes of those difficult times. He is the Yin to Ceadda's Yang. At times, however, he feels as though the Divine has abandoned Ceadda, himself, and humanity as a whole. These feelings are amplified by a difficult period in his life, which left him struggling to trust others. While he carries "Fallen" as a nickname, and is sometimes referred to as the Fallen Angel... it is a name he chose for himself out of his eccentric dark sense of humor and from growing up without a name.

Writing these lyrics, I could feel the inner dragon of Lucius arise within my own heart, making me feel as though I could conquer any challenge. It is a deeply powerful anthem of self-empowerment.
